RAMP - Warm up - Week 2

The RAMP warm-up is used by elite coaches and athletes around the world to prepare their bodies for activity and to practice and develop key movement patterns.

Lesson 4 - Long Barrier

This ground fielding technique helps us to stop and return a fast moving ball that is coming towards us.

Lesson 5 - Pick-up and throw

Developing our ability to move towards the ball, picking up and throwing in one smooth action.

Lesson 6 - Retrieving

Learning how to chase, pick-up and throw a ball that is moving away from us.

Cool Down - Week 2

Cooling down our bodies correctly after physical activity completes our session.
