Remote Learning  

Here you will find everything you need to support your child with remote learning.  At Thomas Harding we have created a blend of online learning and paper based activities to support pupils with their learning at home. We use Google Classroom as our online learning platform where we post activities and lessons for pupils to complete. Teachers will routinely  feedback on the work set and monitor pupils progress.

 

As we head into a second national Lockdown, we would urge you to check back on this page often. We will use it to keep you updated with new ways for you and your child to stay involved in school life. We will post links to regular assemblies and whole school events that you will be able to take part in. 

 

The  Government has  published its document “Remote Education Good Practice” which set out the expectations for schools in the event of school closure, bubble closure or pupils self isolating. Ofsted have also published guidance on what works well in Remote Education. To read either of these documents please click on the links below. There is a whole set of 'Parent Training' resources below that you can use if you are unsure about any of the programmes that we use in school.
