RAMP - Warm-up - Week 1

The RAMP warm-up is used by elite coaches and athletes around the world to prepare their bodies for activity and to practice and develop key movement patterns.

Lesson 1 - Throwing

This lesson introduces the basics of throwing, ensuring good technique to develop accuracy.

Lesson 2 - Catching

Developing the basic skills required to correctly and consistently catch a ball

Lesson 3 - Throwing and Catching

Developing both our throwing and catching skills ready to progress to fielding techniques and skills

Cool down - Week 1

Cooling down our bodies correctly after physical activity completes our session.
