Dr Viraj Rajadhyaksha MD MS FFPM is a physician by training and currently works in a Global Pharmaceutical organization. He is also the co-chair of the Global Forum, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine, London. He has been actively involved in medical research in the field of diabetes, heart disease and cancer. Viraj has worked in senior leadership roles in India, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, has overseen teams across Middle East and Africa. He has played a key role in developing access to medicines for patients in these various countries and regions. In his professional life he continues to develop close collaborations between academia and industry. 

In the academic world, Viraj was one of the original members of the Indian Society for Clinical Research and served on the Education Committee of Faculty of Pharmaceutical Medicine, UK for 6 years. He has published more than 25 original scientific papers in medical journals. As part of his professional life, he has been an active trainer and educator for medical students and practising doctors across various countries. He is a resident of Chesham since 2022, his hobbies being travel to places of history and culture, writing and public speaking.
