I am a dedicated and passionate educator with 7 years of experience, specialising in Mathematics, Physical Education, and Music. I have had the privilege of teaching across both primary key stages, fostering a love for learning in my students. In addition to my teaching role, I have served as a librarian, where I nurtured my love for reading and encouraged students to explore the world of books. Outside the classroom, I am an avid reader, an occasional runner, and a Disney enthusiast. I hold a degree in Sports Science from Brunel University and am currently pursuing an NPQLPM through UCL to further enhance my leadership skills in education.

2. Professional Development: Serving as a staff governor can enhance my leadership and governance skills. It provides valuable experience in areas such as strategic planning, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement. 

3. Advocate for Staff and Students: I can be a voice for my colleagues and students, ensuring their perspectives and needs are considered in the decision-making process. This role allows me to advocate for improvements and initiatives that can positively affect the whole school community.
