Lucy has over 15 years of experience in the charity sector, working at organisations with strong focus on supporting children to reach their full potential both in the UK and internationally. She currently holds a senior leadership role, specialising in operations, project management, change management, and continuous improvement. During her time at a UK-based education charity, Lucy witnessed firsthand the critical role effective school governance plays in improving outcomes for children. This inspired her to become a skills governor at Thomas Harding. She is committed to working alongside staff and the Trust to help ensure that every pupil at Thomas Harding receives a high-quality learning experience and the opportunity to thrive.
