
In order to understand and promote the importance of wellbeing, mindfulness and maintaining and improving positive mental health, we will be having a Health and Wellbeing week (Monday 11th - Friday 15th November). During the course of the week, children will be taking part in a range of activities and workshops in their classrooms that will help us all to maintain a healthy and positive lifestyle. Each child will receive a wristband and these can be worn all week. Please look out for emails and texts for further information.
